Behind the Scenes
As we all know, Godzilla movies require extensive sets of model buildings for the monsters to crash through. A Hong Kong street, Ariake Coliseum, Tennozu Isle, Shinagawa power plant, and finally, the Ariake Big Sight area were all rendered in minature. The rest of the scenes consisted of optical computer mattes. All of these areas are featured in my On Location section.
